Delete your LoopRipple data

LoopRipple does not ask for a name, e-mail or password. Each installation gets an anonymous identifier the first time you use a server feature (an AI Pattern Coach suggestion or a purchase). Deleting your data removes everything tied to that identifier on our servers and everything the App keeps on your phone.

In the app (recommended)

Open Settings.
Tap Delete all my data and confirm twice.

The app first sends a deletion request to our server, which removes your anonymous identifier, your usage counters, cached AI suggestions, content reports and entitlement records. The app then clears its own local data (saved projects, settings, AI consent). The sample yarns on the Home screen are part of the app and stay available. A new anonymous identifier is created only if you use a server feature again.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, e-mail sprzedaz@amazinggirl.pl from any address and describe the request. Because accounts are anonymous, include the approximate install date and, if you purchased LoopRipple Pro, the Google Play order number, so that we can locate the record. We reply within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: anonymous identifier, usage counters tied to it, cached AI suggestions, content reports, entitlement records linked to the identifier.
Kept for the legally required period only: accounting records of purchases processed by Google Play, without the identifier link, and the AI usage ledger (token counts and costs) under a pseudonym that cannot be traced back to you.
Kept for abuse prevention: the counter of the free allowance (3 AI suggestions in total) under a one-way hash of your device identifier. It holds no content, cannot be reversed, and expires 400 days after its last use.
Never stored on our servers: your saved projects, yarn descriptions, grids and exported files (they live only on your device).

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play and are not cancelled by deleting data. Cancel them in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions before deleting, if you do not want to be charged again.
